1. Definitions

2. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 11wbet. By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you explicitly accept and agree to comply with:

3. Eligibility Requirements

Legal Capacity

Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to maintain only one Account with 11wbet. Creating multiple accounts (also known as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances. Accounts are non-transferable and may not be shared with other individuals.

4. Account Registration and Security

Registration Process

To create an 11wbet account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. All information must match your government-issued identification documents that will be required during KYC verification.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

11wbet is required to verify the identity of all Players as part of our commitment to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. You will be required to submit the following documents:

• Proof of address dated within the last 3 months (utility bill, bank statement, or government document)
• Selfie photograph holding your ID next to your face

Verification typically takes 1-24 hours. Until verification is complete, withdrawal privileges may be restricted. Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of account creation may result in account suspension.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You must notify 11wbet immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. 5. Deposits and Withdrawals

Accepted Payment Methods

11wbet accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI) and e-wallet services (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All transactions are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and VIP tier.

Deposit Processing

Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly upon confirmation of payment. In rare cases of technical delays, deposits may take up to 30 minutes. If your deposit is not credited within this timeframe, contact customer support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawal Requirements

To request a withdrawal, your account must be fully verified (KYC completed), and any active bonus wagering requirements must be met. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Withdrawal Processing

6. Bonuses and Promotions

Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses and promotions are available to eligible Players at the discretion of 11wbet. Each bonus has specific terms and conditions including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, validity periods, and game restrictions. These terms are displayed in the promotions section and must be read carefully before claiming any bonus.

Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also called turnover requirements) before withdrawal. For example, a bonus with 30x wagering means you must place bets totaling 30 times the bonus amount before you can withdraw bonus winnings. Different game types contribute differently toward wagering: slots 100%, live casino 10-20%, sports betting varies by odds. Maximum bet size while bonus is active is Rp 25.000 per spin or bet.

Bonus Abuse

11wbet reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings if we detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, collusive play, arbitrage betting, or any strategy designed to exploit bonus terms. Players found abusing bonuses will have their accounts terminated and funds forfeited.

Bonus Expiration

Bonuses have defined validity periods (typically 7-60 days depending on the promotion). If wagering requirements are not completed within the validity period, the bonus and any associated winnings are automatically forfeited.

7. Betting Rules and Game Play

Sports Betting

All sports bets are subject to the rules of the respective sport and the specific bet type. Odds are subject to change until the bet is confirmed. 11wbet reserves the right to void bets placed on obvious pricing errors. In the event of match postponement, cancellation, or abandonment, settlement rules vary by sport and are detailed in our sports betting rules section.

Casino Games

All casino games (slots, table games, live dealer) operate according to their individual game rules provided by the game suppliers. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are displayed for transparency. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealers and are final. 11wbet does not have the ability to influence or manipulate game outcomes.

Disconnections

If you experience a disconnection during active gameplay, your bet remains valid and will be settled according to the actual outcome. You can view the result in your bet history once reconnected. For live casino games, the game continues even if you disconnect, and the outcome is based on the dealer's completion of the hand.

Disputes

In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement or game outcome, 11wbet will investigate using game logs, video footage (for live casino), and official data feeds. Our decision based on this investigation is final. You must report disputes within 7 days of the event in question.

8. Limitations of Liability

Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, 11wbet does not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions, technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or scheduled maintenance. We recommend you do not place bets if you are experiencing connection instability.

Third-Party Services

11wbet uses third-party providers for payment processing and game content. We are not responsible for failures, errors, or delays caused by these third-party services. Your use of payment services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

Maximum Liability

In no event shall 11wbet's total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of our services exceed the total amount you have deposited into your account in the 6 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

Player-Initiated Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw your remaining balance. Any active bonuses will be forfeited. Closed accounts cannot be reopened.

11wbet-Initiated Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately without prior notice if we determine you have:

• Violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC
• Created multiple accounts
• Engaged in fraudulent, collusive, or illegal activities
• Abused bonuses or promotions
• Been abusive to customer support staff
• Failed to complete KYC verification within required timeframe

Upon termination for violation of terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited, and you will be permanently banned from creating future accounts.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Applicable Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by international gaming regulations and are interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to our international license. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court.
